Four Foods on Friday



Here are this week’s four questions.
#1. What is your favorite kind of cheese for snacking?
Cheddar cheese
#2. What is your favorite kind of jelly?
Not a huge jelly fan- Strawberry mostly though
#3. Yogurt. Regular or custard style?
Regular- what is custard style?
#4. Share a recipe for a stew or soup.
A very easy chicken stew/bake I made
about 500g of Chicken pieces
Carrots
Sweetpotatoes
Green beans
A packet of your favourite tomato base pasta sauce- I like to use the All Gold Sauces
Put all in ovenproof pot
Stuff in oven . Roast (yes roast) at 180 C for about 1 hour and a half.
Serve with rice
Njam!!
This is a lovely recipe to make ahead and freeze

Interesting combo...the sweet potatoes are throwing me for a loop. I'm going to have to try i t.
