I'm really enjoying the house husband, I must admit- he does all the cooking, as long as I think out the meals. Whoohoo With Pleasure!
Monday- Lasagne
Tuesday- Estefado
Wednesday- Soup and bread
Thursday- Roast chcken and veggies

I dont know if we will have much of a menu plan this week as we woke up with no electricity, but here goes
Monday: Roast chicken and salads from Woolworths- as we have no electricity
Tuesday: Lasagne
Wednesday: Soup
Thursday: Chicken Stew

So I did a bit of pre-cooking this weekend, plus Pierre made us the most devine Jamie Oliver meatballs on Saturday- they were really njam.So much so that Pierre had them again last night. It is unusual for Pierre to have a dish two nights in a row- so it just shows you-lol

Monday- Chicken Lasagne
Tuesday- Bobotie
Wednesday- Chicken stew
Thursday-Left over JO Meatballs.

With this cold weather it's very convenient to just stick a stew or soup in my slowcooker and come home to a warm cooked meal :)
Monday: Leftover Chicken potjiekos
Tuesday: Leftover beefstew
Wednesday: Minestrone soup

I'm taking the easy way out again. We have a lady at the office that makes prepared meals and they are devine. So depending on whether she delivers today or tomorrow we will either have chicken pie or fish pie tonight with veggies.
Tuesday:Spaghetti bolognaise (this I will make myself)
Wednesday: Chicken Tagine
Thursday: Woolies Soup with a nice bread
