How about a chance to play editor-in-chief? Fill in the blanks:
Thirtheenth Tale would have been a much better book if the Main Character's own story of Twins was presented as the main story.

Now this is one I hadn't thought of, but I might add it would have been better if Setterfield hadn't written in Charlotte Bronte's voice.
I am yet to read this book. So can't comment!

I recently posted a review of The Thirteenth Tale here and, while I can definitely say that I liked it, I did not love it because I thought that it left some questions unanswered and the "solution" to the "mystery" was ultimately a little unsatisfying. It just didn't seem very possible. I mean, I know it was neo-Gothic, but still.
I haven't read the book. Happy BTT.
